I’m Dr Fiona Berrie, I am a Dentist at Croftfoot. I graduated from Glasgow Dental Hospital and School in 2009. I completed her vocational training in the small west coast village of Tarbert in Kintyre performing a full range of NHS dental treatments. After vocational training I did a further year of post graduation training in Fife where I did 6 months working in a busy Maxillo-facial department and 6 months in Community Dentistry. I then moved to Aberdeen to work in the Community sector where I gained a wide range of experience including dealing with anxious patient and patients with complex medical histories. I have a keen interest in treating anxious patients and helping them to get dental treatment done in the most comfortable way. I am trained to carry out inhalation Sedation and Intravenous sedation. As well as being a member of the BDA (British Dental Association), I am also a member of SAAD (Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry) Just over a year ago I returned to Glasgow and have since been working with Dental Studios Scotland where I have settled in well with the team and patients. I am keen to continue my post-graduation training and develop my skills and knowledge. Out with work I can be found enjoying the outdoors keeping active with my dog, I am also a keen photographer and enjoy regular trips to the cinema.
